Section 23
Arrangement of Akshaya Kosh
(1) The board may establish a revolving fund to manage its income source and the amount specified by the board will be deposited in that fund every year. ) Generally, except for the income earned from the amount of the Akshaya Fund, the amount in the fund cannot be spent.
